Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Advisor to join our team at Huntress - Bracknell. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, providing first-line advice to managers and senior leadership, and overseeing monthly payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Provide first-line advice to managers and senior leadership on HR-related matters
  • Oversee monthly payroll, including updating the Payroll Master spreadsheet and checking calculations before final submission to ADP
  • Manage benefits administration, including liaising with managers and collecting evidence for payroll folders
  • Run the recruitment process, including drafting adverts and job descriptions, and checking right to work in the UK
  • Update policies and procedures in line with current legislation
Requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage payroll solely
  • Extremely organized and able to use Excel effectively, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
  • CIPD qualification - Level 5 or 7
  • UK Employment Law knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine team player attitude
  • Results-driven individual who can use initiative to think outside the box
What We Offer
  • 36.5 hours per week
  • 25 days basic annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
