H9 Human Resources is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Advisor to join a fantastic client of ours in Manchester .
This opportunity is covering MAT Leave and is offering invaluable exposure across various HR functions. This true generalist role involves working on employee relations, project work, and the development of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a comprehensive HR advisory service, covering a range of areas including health and wellbeing, attendance, conduct and capability, disciplinary and grievance issues, organizational change (including redeployment and redundancy programs), and employee relations. You'll serve as the primary contact for all related issues and casework.
- Advising, guiding, and coaching managers on employee relations matters, including absence management, capability, disciplinary, and grievance cases. You'll also be responsible for preparing and presenting information and supporting investigations when necessary.
- Assisting the Assistant Director of People and Talent with organizational and cultural changes, such as restructures and modifications to employment terms and conditions. You'll also support managers throughout consultation periods.
This role is offered on a minimum 12-month contract , with a strong possibility of extension. The salary is up to £38,000 per annum (FTE) .
The position offers hybrid working arrangements, with one day in the office and the rest of the week split between site visits and working from home, depending on business needs.
