About the Role:

  • Responsible for delivering programs/projects with measurable benefits to the business, driving business growth and improvement
  • Developing capability training for the team in Tools, Techniques, and best practices, enhancing operational efficiency
  • Ensuring viable and sustainable solutions are developed considering process, systems, and people dynamics, aligning with business objectives
  • Building and managing project plans for timely results, meeting business needs
  • Conducting gate reviews against Operational Frameworks, ensuring compliance and quality

Your Skills:

  • Lean six sigma green/black belt/lean practitioner, with expertise in process improvement methodologies
  • Extensive knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, with experience in implementing change
  • Leadership experience in project and change management, with a track record of success
  • High-level analytical experience, with ability to analyze complex business problems
