  • Responsible for delivering programs/projects with measurable benefits to the business
  • Developing capability training for the team in Tools, Techniques, and best practices
  • Ensuring viable and sustainable solutions are developed considering process, systems, and people dynamics
  • Building and managing project plans for timely results
  • Conducting gate reviews against Operational Frameworks

Your Skills:

  • Lean six sigma green/black belt/lean practitioner
  • Extensive knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Leadership experience in project and change management
  • High-level analytical experience
