Job Summary

Capco is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to support our clients in the financial services sector. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering programmes/projects with measurable benefits to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business value and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
  • Conduct process analysis and develop sustainable solutions that consider process, systems, and people dynamics
  • Manage project plans and ensure timely delivery of results
  • Govern project delivery and conduct gate reviews against applicable operational frameworks

Requirements

  • Lean six sigma green/black belt/lean practitioner certification or extensive relevant financial services experience
  • Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including lean six sigma, with a track record of delivery
  • Leadership experience in project and change management
  • High-level analytical experience
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement delivery
