About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Improvement Specialist to join our team at Travis Perkins. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, you will play a critical role in driving our business's HSE performance and ensuring a safe working environment for our colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE improvement programs to drive business performance and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize HSE improvement initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support to branches to implement HSE improvement programs and drive cultural change.
  • Review HSE data streams to identify trends and insights that inform HSE improvement initiatives.
  • Support the resolution of complex HSE problems and provide subject matter expertise during Incident Review Boards.
