About the Role:

This Analyst-level position would suit someone early in their career, looking for a culture-centric role and organization. The successful candidate will have experience working within a Change/Project Analyst, Junior BA, Process Mapping, or Continuous/Process/Business Improvement capacity. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role requires a 'people person' who can facilitate and engage others effectively.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges
