We are recruiting a Learning Disability Support Worker to join our growing team in Market Harborough. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping learning disabled adults live fulfilling lives.

About the Job:

The job involves providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. This includes assisting with daily tasks such as medication management, meal preparation, and personal care. You will also help individuals develop skills, achieve life goals, and thrive in their community.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: £12.00 per hour
  • Flexible Working Hours: 22.5, 30 or 37.5 hour contracts with varying shift patterns, including sleep ins.
  • Annual Leave: 33 days (including eight days statutory bank holidays).
  • Incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, and 50% for key dates over Christmas.
  • Professional Development: Earn money while obtaining a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
