We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in a secure environment.
The ideal candidate will have a current professional qualification and evidence of continued professional development. A knowledge of healthcare policies and best practice is also essential.
As a Primary Care Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering primary care services to patients. This includes providing medical assessments, developing care plans, and working with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
