Site Manager - Fire Protection

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Fire Protection Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing projects out of our East Midlands office and on sites based in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of sites, including direct labour and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring project plans and site-specific schedules.
  • Organizing and participating in meetings with clients and managers.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous construction experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of passive Fire doors/Fire stopping.
  • FIRAS – supervisor modules.
  • DBS – enhanced.
  • SSSTS.
  • First Aid.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
