Job Title: Compliance Surveyor – Passive Fire Protection

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Surveyor to join our team at CLC Group Ltd. As a Compliance Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' buildings meet the required fire safety standards. You will conduct site audits, inspect fire protection systems, and provide technical advice to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
  • Inspect fire protection systems, including passive fire protection measures
  • Provide technical advice to clients on fire safety matters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of fire safety measures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their fire safety needs are met

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in fire safety or a related field
  • Proven experience in fire safety or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
