About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Facilities to lead the maintenance and management of all buildings and facilities services at RSA House in central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of all maintenance works, leading the facilities team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, buildings, equality, sustainability, and environmental legislation.

The role will also involve efficiently managing the sizeable facilities budget, including operational and capital expenditure, and maintaining a focus on sustainability to ensure all facilities work is undertaken with the RSA's regenerative mission front and centre.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with extensive facilities management experience, including managing others to deliver a full buildings service. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing sizeable facilities budgets, negotiating with and supervising external suppliers and contractors, and expert knowledge of health and safety legislation and building regulations.

The successful candidate will also have an interest in improving the regenerative potential of a building and the services it provides in line with the RSA's mission.
