Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-standard customer projects within set timelines
  • Collaborate with the Air IT Project Management Office to schedule and ensure smooth project execution
  • Review scope of works before starting projects, reporting any issues to management or the Project Management Office
  • Provide comprehensive handovers to the Service Desk upon project completion
  • Identify and report snagging issues that may cause project delays
  • Log and action all activities in the CRM system following Air IT Project procedures
  • Maintain information security by adhering to our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and relevant policies
Requirements:
  • IT project delivery experience
  • Experience in administering and supporting the latest Microsoft technologies
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining business system networks based on Microsoft technologies
  • Setting up and supporting mobile devices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A current, valid driving license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2008-2022), Microsoft Exchange Server (2010-2019), Microsoft Windows Hyper-V/VMware vSphere and vCentre, Microsoft 365, Multi-Factor Authentication and conditional access setup and configuration for Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and related server roles (IIS/RDS/DFS/NPS), Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Intune
