Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Specialists in Training Planning and Rostering, overseeing long- and short-term crew scheduling, and analysing data to enhance rostering efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including contributory pension scheme, life insurance, annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for professional development and training.
