  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the junior team, coaching on the job and setting a positive example to create a supportive working environment.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring a seamless service experience for our guests.

  • Quality Control: Monitor daily standards achieved in your department, delivering exceptional guest service and attention to detail, and reporting any areas of concern to the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in people management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meticulous organizational abilities, concise verbal and written communication, and excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
