Estate Services Manager: Oxfordshire Facilities Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Estate Services Manager in Oxfordshire.
Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities- Service Charge Management
Manage service charge budgets, including drafting, controlling, and reporting on expenditures. Ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
Building Compliance and MaintenanceMonitor building activities, addressing issues promptly to maintain high operational standards. Conduct regular health and safety inspections.
Contractor Management and Risk AssessmentCollaborate with maintenance contractors to ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are in place and executed efficiently. Proactively manage risk and handle on-site insurance matters.
Client and Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary contact for specific contractors, while addressing operational queries from occupiers. Ensure adherence to environmental policies and health and safety regulations.
Project Management and Team LeadershipOversee major work programmes, acting as the main liaison for contractors, stakeholders, and other involved parties. Line manage the Assistant Facilities Manager, providing guidance and oversight.
Requirements- Experience and Qualifications
A minimum of five years' experience in facilities management, preferably with a managing agent. A formal health and safety qualification (IOSH essential, NEBOSH preferred).
Key Skills and KnowledgeProficiency in relevant IT applications, strong knowledge of health and safety, environmental regulations, and building insurance. Strong client and occupier relationship management, as well as the ability to contribute to team strategy.
Estimated Salary$63,000 - $85,000 per annum.
