Housing Administrator Role
Sellick Partnership is assisting a large social housing organisation in Sunderland with the recruitment of a Housing Administrator. The successful candidate will work alongside Housing Partners to provide administrative support and attend home visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housing Team with administrative duties, including record keeping and data entry.
- Attend appointments and home visits with Housing Partners to provide support and guidance to customers.
- Develop networks and partnerships with external agencies to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to project work and provide advice to tenants on housing-related matters.
- Work with Housing Partners to investigate customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction.
- Adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience supporting a Housing Team or Housing Partner.
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
