About the Role:

COREcruitment is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our client's leadership team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the internal business and representing the company externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and increase social impact
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee finance, HR, and operations functions
  • Build and maintain a supportive and cohesive work environment
  • Potential to grow into a board position and contribute to strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance, HR, or operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of the public sector and social enterprise landscape
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with the team
  • Non-commercial, non-corporate approach aligned with the company's values
