We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 5 Ward Nurse to join our team at HCRG Care Group, based on Harty Ward at Sheppey Community Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high standard of patient-focused care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and carers to ensure they have access to appropriate information and support.
- Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in the care of the patient.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council's code of conduct and professional standards.
