About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 5 Ward Nurse to join our team at HCRG Care Group, based on Harty Ward at Sheppey Community Hospital. As a Ward Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of patient-focused care, ensuring accurate written records are kept.
- Communicate effectively with patients and carers to ensure they have access to appropriate information.
- Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in patient care.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
