We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Ward Nurse to join our team at HCRG Care Group, based at Sheppey Community Hospital in North Kent. Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Promote positive relationships between staff members and patients, fostering a collaborative and respectful team culture.
- Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council's standards and guidelines.
