We're looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Key Accounts Team. This role involves daily servicing and relationship management of large-scale third-party relationships or blue-chip/Public Sector customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis
  • Proactively resolve customer queries through investigation and liaison with internal departments and third parties

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Experience in managing relationships and working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
