Key Account Manager

We're looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Key Accounts Team. This role involves daily servicing and relationship management of large-scale third-party relationships or blue-chip/Public Sector customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis
- Proactively resolve customer queries through investigation and liaison with internal departments and third parties
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience in managing relationships and working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
