Account Executive Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Redhill, United Kingdom. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
