Site Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Danny Sullivan Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise site staff and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including safety reports, quality control documents, and project progress reports.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that projects meet the required standards.
- Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
- Manage and supervise temporary works, including the installation and removal of scaffolding, hoardings, and other site equipment.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure that stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other site staff.
