Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yard & Site Operative to join our client's team as a Construction Specialist. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for the organization and maintenance of the workshop, stores, and yard, as well as assisting with site operations and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the workshop, stores, and yard
- Support site operations, including deliveries and on-site work
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Background in construction or a related field
- CSCS card (other H&S training an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at height and in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UK driving license and experience driving FLT & Telehandlers
