Job Summary:
Danny Sullivan Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce Health and Safety standards, ensuring compliance with SHEMS and conducting regular inspections.
- Develop and implement RAMS for all site activities, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour, including procurement, oversight, and weekly progress meetings.
- Ensure all statutory inspections are completed, and maintain the Construction Phase Plan.
- Develop and maintain quality plans, implement ITPs, record sheets, NCRs, and defects, and contribute to monthly client reporting and progress meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing civil works contracts, with a sound knowledge of NEC3 Contracts.
- Relevant qualifications, such as CSCS/EUSR, SMSTS, CITB Temporary Works, CSCS Appointed Person, and IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to monitor and report against program and financial requirements.
