About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Sales colleague at Places Leisure. As a Placemaker, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting a welcoming environment, and inspiring others to work together to achieve their best.

Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but we are happy to support you with training and development opportunities to succeed in this role. You will have the opportunity to develop cross-skills in lifeguarding, swimming teaching, and more.

As a Placemaker, you will be an advocate for the benefits of physical activity and contribute to our mission of creating active places and healthy people. You will have the ability to use sales tools and techniques documented by Places Leisure membership management.
