The Role: As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, promoting a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Maintain effective relationships with local authorities, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience in residential care management, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
