We are seeking a Community Health and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals with complex mental health needs, supporting them to achieve their goals and live independently.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering community-based services, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement clinical strategies, provide guidance and support to staff, and ensure that our services meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Over 1 year's experience as a qualified Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working in low or medium secure security settings would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of learning disability and/or Autism is essential.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position, offering a salary of £37,969-£45,418 per annum, plus benefits including pension and life assurance, sickness policy on par with the NHS, and 27 days annual leave increasing to 33 with service plus bank holidays.
