About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Neuro Rehab Times in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. This is a part-time opportunity that requires you to provide support to our teams, delivering bespoke rehabilitation programs for clients with neurological conditions.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' postgraduate work experience and a full UK Driving License. You should also have experience of working within a neurological rehabilitation setting and be able to maintain a small independent caseload providing Occupational Therapy assessment and therapy for patients with complex rehabilitation needs.

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, birthday off, and access to a wide range of training and development opportunities through the Active Learning Hub.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans for clients with neurological conditions.
  2. Providing Occupational Therapy as part of the multidisciplinary team, and being involved in interdisciplinary team service developments, meetings, and audit as appropriate.
  3. Working to develop a neuro technology offering for our clients.
  4. Providing supervision, support, and training to junior team members, Therapy Assistants, and students as required.
  5. Maintaining client records and collecting activity data/statistics in accordance with company policy.
  6. Maintaining a professional development portfolio in line with HCPC registration requirements.
  7. Keeping abreast of evidence-based practice in Occupational Therapy through relevant reading, attending in-service training, and external courses.
