Salary: £38,000 per annum

Job Description:
This exciting opportunity will see you take on a key leadership role within our multidisciplinary team. As a Neurological Rehabilitation Lead, you will be responsible for leading in the advanced assessment and treatment of residents who may have diverse, and highly complex physical and neurological conditions. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, focusing on promoting health and independence through occupational therapy assessments and interventions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans, aligned to care plans, and evaluating outcomes to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
  • Providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Managing a designated caseload, prioritising clinical needs and utilising theoretical and practical experience to deliver tailored interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will require:
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PROFESSION QUALIFICATION
  • Significant post-qualification experience in neurological rehabilitation, including working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Advanced clinical assessment, knowledge, and reasoning skills, enabling the provision of innovative treatment approaches.
  • Highly effective clinical reasoning skills and a strong understanding of relevant assessment and treatment models.
