Therapy Assistant

Location: The Oakleaf Group, Hartwell

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 - 16:30

Salary: £12.44 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Therapy Assistant at The Oakleaf Group in Duston, Northampton.

As a key member of the therapy team, you will be responsible for planning, carrying out, and evaluating therapy programs, facilitating sessions, and allocating/organizing staff to ensure successful implementation of daily programs.

You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to support any therapy needs and facilitate rehabilitation programs and interventions as directed by qualified therapists.

The ideal candidate will have confidence to manage and carry out group sessions effectively and will be responsible for facilitating personal morning hygiene programs on a regular basis to support occupational therapy and other therapy disciplines.

The role is Monday-Friday, but may occasionally require flexibility outside of regular working hours. You may be required to work across various locations operated by The Oakleaf Group.
