About the Role

Oxford, a leading global real estate investment, development, and management company, is seeking a highly motivated financial accountant with strong financial accounting and analytical skills to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly results, management accounts, and audited financial statements, for a portfolio of UK commercial real estate investments.
  • Coordinate with third-party property managers to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data.
  • Participate in projects focused on continuous improvement and recommend efficiencies in day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with Oxford's processes and controls.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

  • A total of 2 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in real estate or a professional services firm.
  • University degree and professional qualification (ACCA/CPA).
  • Strong understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
  • Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion Financial Management is preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analytical skills.
  • Experience working with international organizations in a multi-currency environment.
  • Proven track record of thriving in organizations that constantly evolve and adapt.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
