Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer (LabVIEW) to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in advancing our systems that integrate crucial equipment to live major devices such as ST40, test rigs, and installations.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement real-time control systems using LabVIEW software, with expertise in NI CRIO hardware specification and usage. You will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Real-Time Software Development: Develop high-performance real-time control systems for data acquisition and control using LabVIEW RT and FPGA programming.
  • Hardware Integration: Integrate third-party equipment for data acquisition and control, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Code Refactoring: Review and refactor existing code to maintain high-quality software standards and ensure efficient performance.
  • Expert On-Call Support: Provide expert on-call support for the installation and operation of various control and associated systems.
Requirements
  • LabVIEW Expertise: Proven experience in LabVIEW software development, with a strong track record in monitoring, data acquisition, systems integration, and control software development.
  • NI CRIO Hardware Expertise: Expertise in NI CRIO hardware specification and usage, with proficiency in LabVIEW RT and FPGA programming.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders effectively, and working autonomously and as part of a team.
