Process Innovation Specialist
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering organisation at the forefront of fusion energy research. As a Process Innovation Specialist, you will play a key part in developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our tritium plant systems. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in terms of process engineering, enabling us to realise our vision of a cleaner, carbon-free energy future.

About the Job:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance process plant performance
• Design, commission, and maintain complex systems, ensuring compliance with UKAEA site policies, national and international legislated safety requirements
• Develop and implement training programmes to upskill teams in process engineering best practices

Requirements:
• HNC/Degree level qualification in an engineering or scientific discipline
• Proven experience in design, commissioning, and/or operation of experimental equipment and/or plant
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box
