Process Control Engineer Lead

We are recruiting for a Process Operations Engineer to join our team at the UK Atomic Energy Authority. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our process control systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience working with process control systems and instrumentation. You will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Collaborating with colleagues to design, implement, and commission new process control systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of process operations and maintenance activities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from routine maintenance to complex system upgrades. If you are a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for process engineering, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full-time role based at one of our sites, with an estimated annual salary of £40,609 (inclusive of MPP) + excellent benefits including outstanding pension.
