Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering exceptional hospitality services to high-profile clients and events. As a Premium Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, and reconciliation of all Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and third-party event days.

Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing event staff, and ensuring seamless execution of events. Additionally, the role involves reviewing performance and service delivery, event by event, to ensure that KPIs and customer expectations are exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within quality food-led service environments and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a multisite outlet, stadium, or event catering environment is highly desirable.
