About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Shepherd Neame. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business
  • Deputise in their absence and take charge of the site
  • Drive the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business
  • Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent customer service
