Deputy Manager

Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business
- Deputise in their absence and take charge of the site
- Drive the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction
- Assist in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business
- Lead and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service
