About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Restoration in Sevenoaks. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our pub and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business
  • Deputise in their absence and take charge of the pub
  • Drive the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in creating an inclusive culture within the business
  • Lead and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service
