Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Developing knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
