About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Liaison Specialist to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our Business Assurance group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our audit and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate work to audit teams based on competence, availability, location, and customer priorities.
  • Produce and maintain a clear work plan of allocated work, completed work, and forecasted work.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders in the office and field to maximize the delivery of work in an efficient and competent manner.
  • Keep up to date with both administration and database management in relation to audits booked and client interaction.
  • Respond to queries in relation to clients in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with promptly and satisfactorily resolved.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in administrative environments.
  • Good IT literacy skills, confident in using Excel in particular.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, using own initiative.
  • Previous experience working as part of a team.
  • The ability to effectively communicate.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Enhanced prioritization skills.
  • Problem-solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
