Job Summary:

WR Logistics is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder to join our team. As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, developing reliable and cost-effective European services, and administering job cards and booking confirmations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with clients and develop strategies to maximize business.
  • Develop and administer European services with suppliers, including job cards and booking confirmations.
  • Create freight quotations for import and export shipments.
  • Raise operational documentation, including customs clearance formalities.
  • Monitor and ensure completion of consignments from collection to delivery.
  • Maintain job files and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Good level of communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
