Early Years Care Specialist

Bryson Charitable Group requires a dedicated Early Years Assistant to deliver high-quality early years services in the Lisburn area.
Job OverviewThe role will involve supporting the delivery of the Sure Start programme, focusing on delivering quality early years services to benefit children and families within the community.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering early years services with a focus on quality and child development through play.
- Supporting the Sure Start programme team in achieving their goals and objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records of observations and keeping detailed records of work completed.
- Minimum QCF Level 3 Child Care qualification or equivalent (completed or working towards).
- 5 GCSEs at grade C and above including maths and English.
- Clean driving license and access to transport.
- 6 months experience of recording observations and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of early childhood education and development through play.
- Minimum 1 year's paid/unpaid working with children or families.
