About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and caring individual who is genuinely interested in a career in care. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering dementia support and home care across South Liverpool. Your role will involve:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Helping with mobility and transfers
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
