Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our client's team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's debtors, ensuring timely payments, and reconciling invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Debt Management
    • Manage the company's debtors, ensuring timely payments and resolving any disputes.
    • Process incoming funds and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Review and analyse the company's credit control system to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement enhancements to the system to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Liaison
    • Liaise with customers to resolve any billing or credit issues.
    • Communicate with internal teams, including sales and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on outstanding issues and debtor problems.
    • Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
