About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Coordinator. As a key member of our Close Brothers Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, suppliers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front reception desk, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our Jersey office and pan-island client-facing teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling for visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures to maintain high audit and quality assurance standards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for facilities management issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Monitor and track health and safety reviews and management of fire safety standards.
  • Participate in internal training and coaching programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support new joiners with access to relevant systems and building induction.
Requirements
