Salary and Benefits

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Venue and Scheduling Lead to coordinate and book venues for our private site fundraising campaigns. This essential role involves liaising with booking agents, managing schedules, and updating venue bookings accurately. You will work closely with our Account Manager to ensure correct venue charges and analyze performance data to optimize fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, book, and coordinate venue bookings across the UK
• Liaise with booking agents to ensure high-performing venue availability
• Work with our team to prioritize geographical spread and minimize travel time
• Update all venue bookings on a master schedule in a timely manner
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Proactively address any issues relating to venue bookings
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience in scheduling or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel
• Ability to build, maintain, and manage rotas for varying team sizes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
