This key role involves ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional support to students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage student records, attendance, and admissions paperwork to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Offer administrative support for school events, meetings, and communications with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
  • Handle phone and email inquiries, delivering prompt and helpful responses to families
  • Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external partners to ensure smooth interactions

This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude. If you have prior experience in administration, ideally within a school setting, and possess familiarity with school software systems (such as SIMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply. A strong ability to multitask, stay organised, and communicate effectively are essential for success in this role.

Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent at a later date. We offer all our registered candidates free child protection and prevent duty training.
