Insurance Business Operations Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Accounts Specialist to join our team at The Recruiter Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of premiums, claims, and other financial transactions.
  2. Collaborate with market teams to collect funds and manage brokerage receivables.
  3. Oversee all aspects of insurance service processing, including e-trading, post-booking receipt, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  4. Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of team members in insurance service processing.
  5. Utilize strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in insurance accounting or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and regulations.
